At Junction Fair, we love supporting local business to grow and thrive. Shopping local is a great way to reduce your environmental impact. Local products don’t create a large carbon footprint that long travel on planes and trucks do. Greenacres Gourmet Meats is all locally sourced, so you’re not only getting great quality meat but reducing your carbon footprint at the same time. The Essential Ingredient is also a great local store where you can find a variety of specialty products such as Australian made jams, honey and pickles.
